Us of the RDC have been having very cold bills as of late. It is ominous to have cold bills. Jimmy even woke up this morning with a cold bill and cold feet. What is this world coming to?

I can imagine that it is very difficult to type, or do much of anything for that matter, with a cold bill and cold feet. Feathers help, but as a rubber duck you don't even get that luxury. What you need is a nice warm bubbly bath!
